End-User License Agreement

1. Products covered by this EULA

This EULA may apply to digital products offered by SUFK Developers. The specific terms displayed on a product page may provide additional licensing rights or restrictions.

• eBooks, PDFs and digital guides
• Templates, digital assets and design resources
• Educational resources and downloadable files
• Software or digital tools
• Other digital products that include licensing terms

2. Grant of licence

After successful payment, SUFK Developers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the purchased digital product for its intended purpose. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this licence is for personal use. You may download the product, store it on your personal device, make a reasonable backup copy and use it for its intended purpose. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

3. Licence restrictions

Unless SUFK Developers gives you written permission, you may not do any of the following, whether the distribution is free or paid.

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease or rent the digital product.
• Share the files with other people or upload them to public websites or file-sharing services.
• Give the files away as part of another product or package them into another product for resale.
• Transfer your licence to another person or claim the product as your own.
• Remove copyright or ownership notices.
• Modify and rebrand the files for commercial resale, or create a competing product for sale.
• Sell access to the product or its download files.

4. Commercial use

The standard licence does not grant commercial resale rights. If you want to use a SUFK Developers digital product commercially, you must first obtain written permission or purchase a product that specifically includes commercial-use rights. Where a product has its own commercial licence, those specific terms apply.

5. Intellectual property

All rights, title and interest in SUFK Developers digital products remain with SUFK Developers or the applicable rights holder. This includes, where applicable, copyright, text, graphics, designs, templates, layouts, illustrations, digital files, software, branding and original content. Nothing in this EULA transfers ownership of these rights to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Third-party materials

Some products may contain or rely on third-party fonts, software, libraries, APIs, images, graphics, tools or other resources. Third-party materials may have their own licences and restrictions. Your purchase does not automatically grant you rights beyond those provided by the applicable third-party licence.

7. Digital delivery

Digital products are normally delivered electronically after successful payment, through download links, email, customer-access pages, digital delivery platforms or other electronic methods. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to the account or email address used for the purchase. If you have trouble accessing a product you purchased, contact sufkdevelopers@gmail.com.

8. Refunds and returns

Because digital products may be delivered immediately, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered or made available for download, unless a refund is specifically offered on the product page or required by applicable law. If you experience a legitimate technical problem preventing access to your purchase, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or restore access. Nothing in this section removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Product updates

SUFK Developers may update digital products from time to time, including corrections, new information, formatting improvements, bug fixes, compatibility improvements or additional resources. Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a product does not guarantee unlimited future updates.

10. Unauthorised distribution

If you believe a SUFK Developers product has been copied, uploaded, redistributed or sold without authorisation, please contact sufkdevelopers@gmail.com. We may take reasonable steps to protect our intellectual property.

11. Termination

This licence automatically terminates if you materially violate this EULA, for example through unauthorised resale, distribution, sharing, commercial exploitation, rebranding or copyright removal. If the licence terminates you must stop using the applicable digital product and, where legally required, delete unauthorised copies in your possession. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to SUFK Developers under applicable law.

12. Disclaimer

Digital products are provided “as-is”, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. SUFK Developers does not guarantee that a product will be completely error-free, work with every device or software environment, remain compatible with all future technologies, meet every individual requirement, or produce a particular business, financial, educational or personal result. You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended use.

13. No guaranteed results

SUFK Developers does not guarantee that using any digital product will result in increased income, increased sales, more customers, more leads, business growth, website traffic, specific search rankings or a particular return on investment. Any examples or potential results are provided for informational purposes only.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SUFK Developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar damages arising from your use or inability to use a digital product, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, business interruption or loss resulting from reliance on information contained within a product. Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. User responsibility

You are responsible for using the product according to this EULA, keeping your downloaded files reasonably secure, preventing unauthorised access to your files, maintaining appropriate backups and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

16. Changes to this EULA

SUFK Developers may update this EULA when necessary to reflect changes to our products, services, technology or legal requirements. When changes are made the “Last updated” date will be updated, and the revised EULA will apply to future purchases and uses to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any disputes will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts or other competent authorities under Pakistani law.

18. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

19. No waiver

If SUFK Developers does not immediately enforce a provision of this EULA, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce that provision later.

20. Entire agreement

This EULA, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, Cookie Policy and any other product-specific licence terms, forms the applicable agreement governing your use of the relevant digital product. If a product-specific licence expressly conflicts with this EULA, the product-specific licence will control for that product.
